Hi all. I’m Alex from the suburbs of Chicago where I sold, managed, renovated and developed properties for 23 years full time. First, in a franchise office and then at my own boutique shop. I moved to Guadalajara in 2010 and then to Lakeside in 2023. My strengths are that I understand how buyers, sellers, and renovators think because I have been one myself in houses, condos, single family, multi family and developments.

I have done 60,000 dollar deals and 60,000,000 dollar deals so I understand the spectrum. IMO, a good agent doesn’t “sell” anything, we 1st listen, then we guide, advise, facilitate, & troubleshoot.
